This stunning mountain cottage rental near Arapaho National Forest, Colorado sleeps four people comfortably and has two bedrooms and one bathroom in total. Both bedrooms have luxurious bedding that will keep even the most hesitant snow bunny warm on a cold night. Extra blankets and throws are abundant. Closet and drawer space is plentiful for all the play gear. The queen bedroom has a new flat-screen TV with remote. Bedding for the sleeper is stored in a trunk in the living room. The cottage is equipped with everything guests might need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Nice glassware, dishes, cooking tools, microwave, kettle, serving pieces, and a breakfast bar with seats for four guests. There is also a Weber charcoal grill on the expansive deck that wraps the back of the cottage rental. There are two fireplaces and a pleasing decor for guests to be warm during cooler months and be more than comfortable. The living room features soft seating and a coffee table while the dining area includes seating for four guests.
None of the facilities are shared at this mountain rental. They are all exclusive to the rental and occupants. Outside of this stunning glamping property, there is a large decking area with soft seating for guests to relax with a morning coffee and watch the sunrise, or stargaze in the evenings. After a day of skiing or hiking, guests can enjoy the fabulous new Jacuzzi hot tub or fire up one of several fire options while watching the sunset. There is also barbecue grill to cook amazing meals. It is certain that glampers will feel right at home with this incredible mountain retreat.
There is no bathtub but the new shower tower has a hand-held feature that is perfect for bathing toddlers and older children.

Pets are welcome on a case by case basis and if guests understand the pet policy at this property. Please discuss this with the hosts when making a booking request. Pets must be crated when left unsupervised or taken with the guests. They are not allowed on the beds or any other furnishings.
If damage insurance is not purchased, a damage deposit of $500 is required. This must be received upon booking confirmation.
Since this glamping accommodation has only two bedrooms and one bathroom, the host asks that only four adults and no more than two children under 12 occupy the house at one time. Students and those under 25 must be accompanied by an adult.
November 15th -Dec 12th there is a three-night minimum stay.
December 19th -January 10th there is a five-night minimum stay.
March 1st - March 29th there is a five-night minimum stay.
There is a standard three-night minimum stay for all periods except holidays and spring break.
Early check-ins can be accommodated on occasion depending on the prior guest’s departure date. No accommodations can be guaranteed prior to the week before check-in.
Smoking is not permitted.
There is no daily maid service.
Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees such as phone and internet service are included in the rental rate.
No children under the age of 12 permitted in the hot tub at any time. Improper use of the hot tub could result in loss of the damage deposit to correct/repair.
Four-wheel drive and/or chains are recommended during the snow months.
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
Lost keys incur a $50 charge to the damage deposit.
