With 76 acres of fully-fenced property containing woodland trails surrounded them, guests can go hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and sledding practically right out the cabin's door. The property even has a ski run for them to enjoy. Many more opportunities for outdoor recreation can be found at San Juan National Forest, which boasts hundreds of multi-use trails for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Home to bighorn sheep, black bears, coyotes elk, moose, mountain lions, mule deer, prairie dogs, eagles, and many other mammals and birds, the forest is also a prime spot for wildlife viewing and birdwatching.
