Each of the bedrooms comes replete with ample pillows and crisp linens. In the first bedroom, guests will find a king-size bed set on an elegant metal frame beneath rustic exposed beams, a 50-inch television, and a door leading to the cabin's back deck.
Guests will find another king-size in each of the second and third bedrooms, the latter of which also features a 40-inch television and a sitting nook. The fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds featuring a log wood frame.
The fifth bedroom is set in the loft and doubles as a gathering space. Here, guests will find four-queen size beds, two trundle beds, a central seating area, and a 50-inch flat-screen television, all of which are set beneath a vaulted ceiling. The loft also provides guests with a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a stone-floor rain shower.
In the second bathroom, guests will find a combination bathtub/shower and a vanity with a large mirror. The third bathroom features a double vanity and a shower. High-quality towels are provided.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a number of armchairs arranged around a river rock wood-burning fireplace and set beneath a vaulted ceiling, large windows, and a wrought-iron chandelier. The dining room table seats 12 guests beside an array of windows and beneath another chandelier. In the fully-equipped kitchen, guests will find an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, a double sink, a refrigerator, and a breakfast bar with six stools.

About 45 minutes to the north and south, guests will also find Steamboat Lake State Park and Stagecoach State Park, where they will find a variety of opportunities for outdoor recreation both on land and water.

Nearby trails for hiking and biking include the Vista Nature Trail, the Thunderhead Trail, the Mad Creek Trail, the Fish Creek Falls Trailhead, the Yampa River Core Trail, and the various trails of the Emerald Mountain recreation area. Bikers can also head up to the Steamboat Bike Park, where they will find a 50-mile network of trails, which include both multi-directional trails and lift-assisted, downhill-only trails.

Other summer activity options include fishing on the Yampa River and the Elk River (which they can do right on the property), swimming at Burgess Creek Beach, teeing off at the Haymaker Golf Course, playing putt-putt golf at Maverick Mini Golf, ascending the 40-foot Kilimanjaro Climbing Wall, and riding the Outlaw—North America's longest coaster.
Guests will also find a host of activity options at Steamboat Lake State Park and Stagecoach State Park, which are centered around Steamboat Lake and Stagecoach Reservoir, respectively. Here, they can enjoy hiking, biking, horseback riding, boating, jet-skiing, water skiing, swimming, fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, playing volleyball, picnicking, and birdwatching. Fishers may catch a variety of trout and pike, while birdwatchers may spot bald eagles, ospreys, great blue herons, and American white pelicans.
For skiing and snowboarding, guests can choose between the Steamboat Ski Area of Steamboat Ski Resort and the Howelsen Hill Ski Area. The former offers 165 trails and 2,965 acres of skiable surface area, while the latter is the oldest operating skiing area in North America. For tubing, guests can head to the Yee-Haw Tubing Hill at the Saddleback Ranch. Snowmobile tours and rentals are available from a variety of local companies, such as Steamboat Snowmobile Tours, Colorado Sled Rentals, and High Mountain Snowmobile Tours. Groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing can be found at the Steamboat Ski Touring Center, the Lake Catamount Touring Center, the Steamboat Lake State Park Touring Center, and Stagecoach State Park.
