Guests can explore the skies at the Whittenberger Planetarium, which puts on a regular calendar of shows for the public. Connoisseurs can test their palettes at any of the local wineries, distilleries, and pubs of the vibrant wine and hops country. Those looking to escape into the wild and practice their photography can head into the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge and the World Center for Birds of Prey.
