This private cottage in the woods, just a few miles north of Santa Cruz, is framed on all sides by the dense California woodlands. The home is meticulously designed to provide guests with a calm, rejuvenating atmosphere during their retreat. The cottage includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests at a time. Both bedrooms include a queen-size bed each, and the bathroom includes a shower.
The spacious open living room includes plenty of couches for relaxing, a wood-burning stove that can double as a toasty fireplace, a flat-screen television complete with cable, a DVD player, and a small but eclectic video library. The indoor dining area can seat all guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything a guest may need during their stay, including a small refrigerator, a coffeemaker, a stove, a toaster oven, a microwave, and kitchenware.
Outside, guests will find a relaxing patio area complete with several chairs and tables for outdoor dining. There is a barbecue grill, as well as a porch swing.
There are a number of amenities at this property to maximize the comfort of any guest staying here. Indoors, guests can enjoy heating, cable, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Towels and linens will be provided. Since cell phone reception may be spotty up in the mountain, the property includes a landline telephone.
