Guests will never want to leave this idyllic luxury camping site on Little Raccoon Key—a private island in the Golden Isles on the coast of Georgia. Given exclusive access to the island, guests will stay in a top-notch glamping tent, complete with a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and season-appropriate designer linens. The tent is 26 feet by 15 feet in size and is all-weather-proof.

For cooking up meals, there is a stove, dishes, and pans, as well as a cooler with ice. It is recommended that guests bring a secondary cooler for food. Outside, there is a gas barbecue and propane tanks are provided. On the barbecue, guests can easily warm up the kettle for coffee or tea.

Included in the stay are two different outdoor experiences, detailed in the activities section, which allow guests to learn about the island's ancient reefs, ecosystem, and marine history and biology.

Glampers will enjoy being surrounded by the beautiful island flora and fauna throughout the stay and will be able to watch the sunrise come up over the GA Golden Isles from the comfort of one of the property's hammocks or sun loungers.

The Golden Isles, of which these islands form a part of, is a popular vacation destination in the southern U.S., and they are located exactly halfway between Savannah, Georgia, and Jacksonville, Florida.

The island of Little Raccoon Key has a rich historical background—from the Timucua and Guale natives and French, Spanish, and English explorations to the present-day ecotourism and conservation practices.

The "Ancient Oyster Reef Lesson" which will teach guests about the oyster reefs that form part of Little Racoon Key and make up a crucial part of the island's ecosystem. Boots are suggested for this experience to keep feet safe from the sharp reefs.

The "River of Dolphins Boat Ride" is a marine history and biology tour to and from Little Raccoon Key. Guests will see the rest of the Golden Isles during the tour, as well as the stunning Sidney Lanier Bridge, in addition to dolphins and pelican sightings.
