This bright and spacious holiday rental is located in the majestic region of Brittany, France. There are two separate rentals, both can sleep up to a maximum of six guests. This makes them the perfect choice for a family getaway or a getaway with friends.

Both rentals are identical in terms of the amenities as they both have two rooms and can accommodate six guests. The second bedroom is located in the loft space. The main bedrom has a double bed, and the other one has two singe beds. Both bedrooms also come complete with blankets, pillows, and bedspreads for each bed. The rentals also feature a living area with a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette, and a dining table.

The kitchenette comes complete with a dishwasher, a microwave, refrigerators, an electric oven, and all cookware and utensils. The bedrooms feature a bedside table and guests should note that towels/linens are available at a surcharge. The bathroom comes complete shower and WC facilities.

Outside, guests have access to some fantastic communal areas such as the pool, a tennis court, ping-pong tables and a restaurant.

There is a two-night minimum stay for these properties.

There are many eco-friendly installations on this property, including solar panels to heat the main pool and kiddie pool, and wood heating for the larger rentals. There are no chemicals used either for cleaning or for the maintenance of the grounds, and there is a place for recycling.
