During your stay you will have full access to the five fully stocked kitchen units which provide all the cooking equipment you'll need. Each accommodation has its own dedicated cupboard space, its own fridge space and a full set of utensils and cookware. At the far end of our kitchen is our chill out area where you can relax after an afternoon at the beach.

Each accommodation is situated on its own private wooden platform including a barbecue, a fire pit and outdoor cooking facilities for those sunny days.

Next door to the converted barn are the six private bathrooms, each designed to provide comfort and privacy during your stay and our underfloor heating provides a little luxury. We have endeavored to make the bathrooms as environmentally friendly as possible and so they include renewable heating and grey water recycling.

At the other end of the barn is the Welcombe Community Shop which stocks all the basics and more. Pre-ordering a local veg box or supplies for your arrival is available, and it will be delivered to your doorstep when you arrive.

There are a number of activities at the farm including surf and stand-up paddle board lessons, kayaking tours and cooking classes. We also regularly have guest water sports instructors, art displays, wine tastings and local musicians popping in to provide entertainment during your stay.

The farm itself has a whole host of activities and games including a boules area and a badminton court outside as well as a range of books, board games and a ping pong table in our rainy day room.
Rummage through the sports bucket to find balls and bats of all varieties.

We regularly run a variety of events ranging from cinema evenings, BBQ's and food nights. We will let you know what is on the calendar during your stay a few weeks before your arrival.

You are free to explore the farm and take in the wildlife and scenery at any time during your stay, whether you want to build a den in the woods or have a drink by the pond. We have developed areas of the farm under Environmental Stewardship Schemes to provide for wildlife watching.

As the camp is located on an active farm, we have chickens, sheep and pigs and we are ever increasing our flocks as the summer progresses. If you are interested in learning about the land and there are livestock on the farm during your stay then we’ll be happy to pass on what we know! If growing fruit and vegetables is your thing then we are very happy to explain the planting methods and permaculture principles that are gradually taking shape in our kitchen garden.
