A spiral ladder leads from the forest floor and soars 10 meters, approximately 32 feet, into the treetops. Inside, the rustic construction mixes with clean lines to create a peaceful ambiance. The kitchen area has a wooden table and two chairs where guests can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or just reflect on the view. The tree house is equipped with running water, electricity, and heat. There are candles for guests who wish to use them.
Outside, there is a spacious deck surrounded by a rustic railing with a table and two chairs. Views from this vantage point include a perfectly manicured golf course, the forest and treetops, the Chateau de Raray, and the incredible night sky. The property also has wooded walking trails.
These tree house cabins are located along a golf course and the Chateau de Raray Estate, yet they are secluded from each other to allow for a peaceful and serene stay. There are pedestrian walkways throughout the property. The on-site restaurant, Chateau de Raray, is a National Historic Site and has an elegant restaurant that serves lunch.
Tree house cabins range from a family-friendly height of 22 feet to a whopping 82 feet into the sky. The average height is about 32 feet. A basket attached to a rope with a winch transports luggage to the top of the tree house so that guests don't have to carry heavy bags up the stairs and ladders.
This property adopts environmentally-friendly practices such as recycling, promoting local products, and using a natural water purification system and eco-friendly construction materials. There are fruit trees, animals, and beehives on-site.
