This peaceful countryside getaway is located on the border of Tuscany near Tredozio, Italy, and can accommodate up to 16 guests. The property features three separate units, including two vacation rentals and one guesthouse that must be booked together. There are seven bedroom and five full bathrooms between the three units. Linens and towels are provided.

In the first rental, located on the ground floor of the main house, guests will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom features a full-size bed and private bathroom with a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a bathtub. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds that can be pushed together and garden access. In the second bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. This accommodation also features one cozy living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people. There is a kitchen and a dining area, as well. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with everything guests will need to prepare meals at home. There is a stove, a fridge, a microwave, an oven, and dishwasher.

The second accommodation is located on the top floor of the main cottage and features another two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a full-size bed and a private bathroom with a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a bathtub. The second bedroom has two twin beds that cannot be pushed together. The second bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a bathtub. This apartment also includes two mezzanine floors with two twin beds each, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen.

In the guesthouse, guests will find an open loft with a full-size bed and one bathroom with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. The guesthouse also has its own living room and kitchenette.

Other amenities available for all three units include satellite television, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine.

Outside, guests will have access to the private pool overlooking the beautiful countryside. Each unit has an outdoor dining table and access to the shared garden where guests will find a large dining table with seating for 12 for group meals. The estate grounds also feature a pizza oven, a terrace for relaxing outdoors, and parking for guests.

At this beautiful cottage, guests will have access to a variety of unique amenities during their stay. Featuring three separate units that may only be rented together, the estate is perfect for large families or groups. There are two apartments in the main cottage and one small guesthouse cottage. Each unit has its own outdoor table for al fresco dining, and group meals can be served at the large wooden table in the shared garden with seating for 12. For bookings exceeding one week, a two-hour maid service with linen change is provided on either Friday or Saturday.
