Each of the bedrooms is furnished with a full-size bed and comes with its own unique, elegant, and luxurious features, such as a spacious Villeroy Boch surrounded by silk fabrics, antique bed frames, warm colors, and exposed beams made from Tuscan wood. In the bathrooms, guests will find amenities such as double showers and sinks, an antique washbasin, and a large washing machine.

Multiple living areas provide guests with a variety of spaces in which to gather and relax amid Tuscan furnishings, decor, and interior design elements, such as reclaimed brick and tile surfaces, oak flooring, hand-made fish hooks, exposed wooden beams, 19th century furniture, and handmade wooden doors. The dining area seats 12 guests at an antique wooden table. The main, fully-equipped kitchen comes with a four-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is also an additional service kitchen.
