This charming villa accommodation is located by Lake Burano, Italy, and can accommodate six guests. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the first bedroom, guests will find a full-size bed and a desk. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a pair of twin beds. One of the bathrooms contains a shower, while the other bathroom features a bathtub. Linens and towels are provided.

Set about four kilometers to the south of Pescia Romana and 10 kilometers to the east of Capalbio Scalo, this accommodation is located at a villa in the Maremma region of Italy, where it is situated on a 642-acre estate of olive groves and sunflower fields. Strolling through the idyllic grounds of the estate, guests will find a tranquil setting composed of lush vegetation, rose and lavender bushes, and seasonal vegetable plots. A private gate opens to a backcountry road, which leads to a secluded beach composed of fine sand and colorful seashells.
The estate borders Lake Burano, which is part of a nature reserve run by the World Wildlife Fund. The lake is a birdwatcher's dream come true, with 274 species of year-round residents or seasonal visitors having been documented on and around it, including flamingos, tufted ducks, and crested cuckoos. The reserve also encompasses a salt marsh and sand dunes dotted with scrub and bushes, which are home to badgers, porcupines, polecats, and hedgehogs.
Other nearby natural attractions include Vulci Archeological Naturalistic Park and Maremma Regional Park. At the latter, guests will find 22,000 acres of pine woods, footpaths, creeks, and the ruins of a 10th-century abbey. These environments provide habitats to a variety of wildlife and birds, including Maremman cows and horses, wild boars, deer, porcupines, badgers, and foxes, as well as ducks, egrets, herons, flamingoes, and ospreys.

A Tuscan dinner can be arranged for the first evening for 24€ per adult and 18€ per child. The hosts can hire a cook for further meals at the cost of 13€ an hour plus the price of food.
