Set near Rabat, Malta, this unique dome rental can sleep up to six guests. Close to some wonderful cliffside walks with incredible ocean views, glampers can really get away from it all while staying in this idyllic rental. The dome features two twin-size bunk beds, as well as one separate twin bed.

The rental has eco-friendly, shared bathroom facilities that include a composting toilet, and a shower which boasts the unique feature of fantastic valley views. Linens and towels are provided. There is a communal fully-equipped kitchen in which guests are welcome to cook vegetarian or vegan meals.

The permaculture farm, complete with vegetable gardens, terraced land, and even an apiary, gives guests a wonderful opportunity to get their hands dirty and take part in the day-to-day running of the farm while learning about all the techniques that the hosts use to maintain their eco-friendly farming philosophy. Guests can also look forward to exploring the island, with the many attractions of Malta are just a short drive away.

Guests will enjoy full access to three and a half acres of terraced land on a permaculture farm, where they are invited to take part in activities. The farm has gardens and an apiary, and glampers are welcome to use the shared kitchen, bathroom, and compost hub. The shower offers both hot and cold water, along with stunning valley views while you bathe. Wi-Fi and heating are included with the stay.

Pets are not permitted. The hosts have a dog who lives on site. He is friendly, but the hosts kindly request that guests with children ensure that they do not disturb him too much or wake him up if he is sleeping.

There is Wi-Fi, however, the hosts turn it off at 10 p.m. The efficiency of the Wi-Fi can be slightly affected by high winds in the area.

Car parking is available about five minutes walk from the property.

Smoking, events, and parties are not permitted.

Any damage to the rental could incur a charge of up to €300.

Glampers are encouraged to take part in the day-to-day running of the farm, including tending to the vegetables and learning about permaculture. There are incredible walking and hiking opportunities throughout the farm and nearby, with clifftop and valley views. The area is a photographer's dream, as animals often wander through the farm and there is an assortment of local vegetation.

The island of Malta is famed for its incredible historic sites, and guests should be sure to explore its fortresses, megalithic temples, and the Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum. It also has fantastic beaches and unique ocean rock structures, where guests can go swimming, kayaking, canoeing, boating, scuba diving, snorkeling and so much more.
