Casa Blanca is solar powered with one bedroom, one full bathroom, kitchen with a refrigerator, cook top and sink with hot and cold water. A dining area and great room overlook the extended deck with the ocean and beach below. The sofa and chairs are comfy with overstuffed cushions. There are two deck chairs with pads and a hammock for siesta times.

This site has Wi-Fi at one of the palapa homes that is shared with the owners and other renters. There is typically phone reception on the deck for phone and email use, and many people add short-term international coverage with their phone carrier. There is a restaurant on site that is open only for Wi-Fi usage. Renters bring in food and supplies from Puerto Vallarta or Boca de Tomatlan. Basic supplies, tortillas, fruit, veggies, beer and more can be purchased in the fishing village, Chimo, a two-mile walk or kayak trip from the property. There are two restaurants in Chimo with fresh seafood and various Mexican entrees.
