The lake offers all types of water sports from kayaking to windsurfing as well as being home to lakeside bars and restaurants. The wooded mountains of the Sierra de Valle de Bravos offer walking, hiking, and mountain biking trails with spectacular views all around. If guests venture into the town, the Temple of Santa María Ahuacatlán is a must-visit while the Jardín Central is a charming park where guests take a gentle stroll, try some traditional ice-cream, or check out the live music on the stage on Sundays.
