There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom is a master suite on the upper level, which provides a panoramic view of the beach and has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom which is on the beach level gives an immaculate view of the ocean, has a king-size bed, and comes with a private bathroom. The third bedroom is a junior suite on the same level as the second bedroom and has a king-size bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom on the garden-side which has a queen-size bed and a single bed.
The master suite on the upper level opens to a patio which is a great spot for sunbathing, drinking cocktails, or simply sightseeing. What's even more stunning is the rooftop terrace on the third floor where you can stargaze or take in the incredible views.
There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the villa to make the guests' stay comfortable. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Sony WELGA LCD flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and SKY TV's most complete satellite package. Inside the villa, music lovers get to use the CD/iPod players and there are board games available for a rainy day.
The villa patio opens to a sugar-fine white sand beach with a freshwater pool just steps away from the property. Guests can enjoy the ocean views night and day while bathing in the pool or sunbathing under the palm trees.

Just across the road from the villa is a spot for an amazing fresh water swim and a walk inside the stalagmite-laden caves. Golf-lovers will get to enjoy the 13 existing courses between Cancun and Tulum. A nine-hole course is located north of Akumal at the Puerto Aventuras Golf & Tennis Club.
