To start, the property lies just above the Solila Nature Preserve in Tivat. This local attraction is an untouched oasis providing shelter to an abundance of rare bird species in Europe, including flamingos and cormorants. The nature preserve has really brought eco-tourism to the area and is a great place to go biking or take a hike to explore the landscape. In the opposite direction, moving into the mountains only about 10 kilometers away from the property also lies the Lovcen National Park, which is another great place to go hiking, with a slightly more rugged terrain. In the summer, when the Balkan sun is shining, guests have easy access to a handful of stunning beaches on the Adriatic. Two popular beaches are Jaz Beach, Bigova Village Beach, and Mogren Beach.
