There are 13 separate thatched chalets at this property, each of which can accommodate two guests. The bedroom of each chalet comes with two twin beds, but guests can request a double bed. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, a shower, and a sink. Eco-friendly shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion, and insect repellent are provided.
In each chalet, there are also two family units (inter-leading rooms), and one family room. All of the chalets overlook the Chobe River and aforementioned National Park. Other amenities include air conditioning, a complimentary mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, a flashlight, robes, a small safe, an air horn for emergencies, and an umbrella in the rainy season.
Shared, on-site facilities include a dining area that serves a buffet or a la carte meals, a high bar, and a wildlife viewing deck, as well as an evening campfire area, and a swimming pool. Activities at the property feature boat cruises on the Chobe River, catch-and-release fishing, and guided, cultural village toursm bird watching, and guided nature walks.

All activities are conducted by resident professional guides, whose intimate knowledge will make for an unforgettable experience. As a water-based lodge, guests have a choice of aquatic activities. River excursions in small, easily maneuverable boats are ideal for close encounters with the abundant wildlife that visits the river’s edge.
Angling is also a popular pastime, with the catch-and-release fishing trips for bream or tiger fish proving to be a firm favorite with guests of all ages and nationalities. Guests hoping to experience some of the local Namibian traditions will enjoy a cultural village visit to one of the surrounding communities, where guests can observe the deep-rooted heritage of the local population.

The normal rate includes the following: airport transfers to and from scheduled or charter flights arriving and departing from Kasane Airport; all activities including guided walks, motorboat trips, fishing, and local village visits; emergency medical evacuation cover; laundry service; all meals, snacks, teas, coffees, local spirits, wines, and soft drinks; and National Park fees and government levies.
The following are not included in the normal rate: visa fees for Botswana and Namibia; staff gratuities; personal travel insurance; purchases at the curio shop; and premium branded drinks.
