There are 13 separate thatched chalets at this property, each of which can accommodate two guests. The bedroom of each chalet comes with two twin beds, but guests can request a double bed. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, a shower, and a sink. Eco-friendly shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion, and insect repellent are provided.

In each chalet, there are also two family units (inter-leading rooms), and one family room. All of the chalets overlook the Chobe River and aforementioned National Park.
