Romantic getaways: Bay of Plenty retreats in nature

Nestled high in the hills of Awakaponga, this stunning Bay of Plenty accommodation provides the perfect setting for a romantic escape. The studio cabin features a plush queen-size bed and can accommodate two glampers comfortably. The bathroom is next to the cabin and comes with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Linen and towels are provided by the hosts.

After an action-packed day exploring the Bay of Plenty, glampers can kick off their shoes and relax and unwind in their private sanctuary. When hunger strikes, there is a kitchenette available with a small fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses, and basic cooking utensils.

On the spacious deck, glampers can fire up the BBQ and enjoy an outdoor cooking experience while the sky turns from blue to pink to a glittering velvet hue. At night, glampers can pour a glass of wine and soak their tired muscles in the cedar hot tub, while mornings are reserved for sumptuous coffee and a delicious continental breakfast.

The deck boasts a bistro table, loungers, and bean bags, ideal for sitting back and taking in the stunning coastal views.
