This charming room is located near Lake Rotorua, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand and can accommodate two guests. Linens and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is included. Outside, there is a private sauna and a garden. Guests are welcomed with delicious home baking on arrival, and the room is spacious with an antique Super King-size brass bed, Egyptian cotton bedding, quilts, antique furniture, including a roll-top desk and French mannequin. If required, the couch can also be converted into a full-size bed. The room also has an ensuite bathroom, heat-pump, air-conditioning, seating area, dining table and chairs, large television, fridge, tea-trolley with home baking, coffee, tea, vintage crockery, and cutlery.

Breakfast is included in the rate and is served in the spacious country kitchen with magnificent views. We serve home-made poached fruit, home-made yogurt, home-made muesli, bread, jam, cheeses, cold meats and a hot daily dish, which includes one of the following: scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and capers, roasted tomatoes and wilted spinach from our vegetable garden, creamy mushrooms, and savory tarts or pancakes. Eggs are laid freshly each day by the host´s own hens and are served in a variety of ways. If guests would like room-service, the host can provide breakfast in the comfort of the room.
