Scenic views
There are a variety of ways to get to Golden Bay. First, the accommodation has a helipad available. The second option would be to take Golden Bay Air from Wellington to Takaka Airfield and be picked up from there and brought to the site. Finally, guests could meet a rental vehicle at Nelson Airport instead and take the scenic two and a half hour drive to the lodge. Should this route be chosen, keep an eye out for Takaka Hill, also known as "marble mountain", though it would be difficult to miss!
