Within the grounds of the site, guests have access to a shared kitchen fully stocked with utensils, fridge, freezer, indoor/outdoor dining and seating area. Guests should note, the kitchen has a small grill oven but the camp does have 3x 6 burner BBQ's with gas for guests to use.
The bathrooms are also shared with other site guests. Both men and women's facilities have showers, sink basins, and large mirrors. There is also coin-operated washing machine facilities available, a dryer and a clothesline.

Located in Kingston at the southernmost tip of the beautiful Lake Wakatipu, this site is in close proximity to all of the attractions associated with the Queenstown region. The lakefront is easily accessible by a short walk from the property and it is only a 35-minute drive to Queenstown centre. Te Anau is a two-hour drive northwest, and continuing on the highway, guests are able to visit the stunning Milford Sound, approximately three hours away. Entrances to Fiordland National Park are also accessible from Te Anau. Guests looking to visit Invercargill are also approximately three hours drive away. Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding area is notoriously world famous for its vast range of outdoor activities, from arguably the best skydiving in the world to hikes and tramping trails galore. Extreme sports enthusiasts will find mountain biking and world-class skiing facilities in close proximity, as well as the second highest bungee jump in the world located just outside Queenstown. Horse riding and hiking are recommended in Glenorchy, while paddle boarding and lake cruises are also available in Queenstown. Boat trips through the majestic Milford Sound are highly recommended, though visitors are strongly advised to book early to avoid disappointment during busier periods.
