This gorgeous holiday rental on Tasman Bay is themed around the heritage of New Zealand's domestic life, yet has state-of-the-art designer features. With two bathrooms and four bedrooms, this brand-new wow-factor holiday home is ideal for two families. Commanding a stunning view across beautiful Seaton Valley to the sea and mountains beyond, this rental features local/New Zealand art and French doors opening onto decks and space. Both Nelson and Abel Tasman are just 25 minutes away. This property is at the very hub of Nelson's art, wine, boutique beer, and beach lifestyle beside Mapua seaside village with its wharf, cafes (Nelson's best), art studios, and wineries. This property celebrates style, sustainability, socializing, and seclusion.

This property features state-of-the-art sustainable features, great insulation, and is powered by Nelson's sun through grid-tied photovoltaics.

Glampers can wander the seven acres of open spaces, enjoying the birdlife and native trees and sheep-grazed fields (tame, handfeedable sheep!). They can also grab a lemon from the organic orchards for a gin and tonic on the deck. Set in cycling heaven of the Great Taste Trail along quiet country roads winding through olive groves and vineyards, there is ample room for bicycles. Guests can use the electric or standard bikes and trailer. Tour maps available for exploring from the farm gate.

Rates are based on double occupancy and there is a $40 fee per extra adult and $20 per child. Babies are free. There is a two-night minimum stay off-peak and a five-night minimum stay during peak times.

The coastal village of Mapua is just three kilometres away with some of Nelson's best restaurants on the Mapua Wharf.

Ruby Bay and Rabbit Island beaches are very close to this site and offer pristine, sandy beaches. There are three national parks close to here; Abel Tasman, Kahurangi, Nelson Lakes; and world famous Pupu Springs, which all offer an abundance of activities. These activities include; climbing, rafting, and kayaking, sea kayaking, tramping, mountain biking, guided walks and tours, golf, fishing, and skiing.

Guests will be able to wake up to tui singing throughout the valley, then savor the grapefruit cut earlier from the orchard for breakfast on a private deck. Guests can simply relax a while in the sunny privacy of each other's company, then head off to explore the great attractions and adventures that the Mapua, Ruby Bay, Ruby Coast, Tasman, and Nelson region offer. Return later to sip excellent wines and to indulge in fabulous food at the local Mapua cafés.

Farm based activities from frog spotting, orchard wandering, sheep shearing and feeding, bird watching (quail, tui, bellbirds, pheasants, pukeko, ducks, hawks), and paddock exploring can all be enjoyed at this site. Guests can also relax with a crisp glass of wine and take in the views from the deck and garden.
