Description of Glamping Units

Guests can take a vacation of a lifetime at this beautiful rental for up to six glampers near Mt. Hutt on South Island, New Zealand. This is a two-story, three-bedroom wood and stone dwelling with a cedar shingle roof overlooking the lake and Rakaia River. The upstairs master bedroom has its own fireplace and balcony. An ensuite adjoins this master bedroom with a spa bath and a separate steam shower.

Also contained on the same level is a large dining room and a commercial kitchen with fireplace that leads into a spacious lounge with another open fireplace and a small sunroom. Doors from the lounge flow onto a large wooden deck with a BBQ area overlooking the lake.

The lower ground floor can be accessed by stairs from the main foyer and has two large bedrooms and a small room with double-size bunk beds suitable for young children. All three downstairs bedrooms are serviced by two toilets and one bathroom with a double-size hand basin and a walk-in shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.

A children’s play area has been purpose built at the rear of the rental with firewood storage for guests at the main entry carpark.
