The detached third bedroom has a queen-size bed, two sets of twin bunk beds, a mini fridge, and a private bathroom. A fold-out bed and a cot are also available for extra guests. The first full bathroom includes a sink, a separate toilet, and a combination shower and bathtub. In the second full bathroom, guests will find a sink, a toilet, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided. The living room features a cozy wood-burning stove, a TV, and a sound system. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a breadmaker, and a microwave.

Outside, there is an expansive wooden deck, a spacious grassy yard, and unbeatable views of the ferries passing through the Marlborough Sounds.

Guests can have a BBQ out on the grill and they have access to a boat slip on Whekenui Bay where they can take the three provided kayaks.
