Diving, fishing, sea kayaking, and yachting are just a handful of things guests can try out. Whale and dolphin watching are popular pastimes in the area with the possibility of swimming with the dolphins too! Eco tours, trekking, and trips around the Sounds can all be arranged, so guests should make sure to bring their walking boots. Nelson and Nelson Lakes are well worth a visit and are just over two hours away by car, making it just close enough for day trips.
