This sophisticated villa is located in Queenstown, New Zealand, and can accommodate up to eight guests. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, fantastic lake views, a private balcony, an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and bath, and a brand new Smart TV with a Sky multiroom box (cable channels). The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a king-split bed that can function as a king-size bed and two twin beds. The two comfortable guest bedrooms share the family bathroom, which has a sink, a toilet, and a shower. All the bedrooms have premium linen, large wardrobes, and lots of natural light. Linens and towels are provided.

In the spacious, open plan living area, guests will find comfortable couches, a stunning gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with DVD player and MySKY (cable channels with movies, sport and recording functions). There is an indoor/outdoor flow onto a private courtyard with seating, directly opposite Queenstown’s lakefront. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, a gas stove, a large electric oven, complimentary tea and coffee amenities, and cooking oils and spices.

This kitchen also has a fantastic island bench space—perfect for entertaining—and overlooks the dining area with seating for eight guests. Other amenities include full laundry facilities available with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, an ironing board, and washing powder provided.
