This traditional alpine villa rental lies on the shores of the majestic Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown, New Zealand, and is the perfect choice for a winter getaway. The rental can accommodate up to nine guests and consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub-shower. The second and third bedroom each offer a king-size bed, as well as spectacular lake views, access to the balcony, and a shared family bathroom with a shower.
The fourth bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed and features a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower. In addition to this, the fourth bedroom is accessed separately from the main accommodation, allowing plenty of privacy. Two of the king-size beds can be converted into two single beds if needed. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.
Throughout the rest of the villa, guests will find an open-plan living and dining area, which includes a dining table that seats six and a cozy lounge area with a wrap-around sofa. The lounge area also features a log fireplace and a Sky TV with a DVD player and Surround Sound. For additional entertainment, there is a selection of books, DVDs, and board games.
A second living area can be found in the next room, which offers a sofa bed to sleep additional guests and another TV. Each of these living rooms offers outdoor access. The rustic kitchen provides guests with everything they need to prepare a delicious meal, including a fridge, an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a coffeemaker.
Outside, there is a large deck overlooking the lake, which includes a barbecue and a dining table to seat six. Around the other side of the accommodation, guests will find a patio area with a private hot tub, in which they can relax and unwind.
This luxurious property boasts a private outdoor spa pool, where guests can relax and recharge after a fun-filled day on the slopes or exploring the lake. Outside, guests will also find a large front deck with a barbeque and outdoor dining furniture.
Inside, guests can enjoy a log fireplace for extra coziness. Should guests wish to stay in contact with friends back home, they can connect to the complimentary Wi-Fi and enjoy free local calls. This modern property also comes equipped with four TVs, a Surround Sound system, DVDs, and board games, to keep everyone entertained. Additionally, the property comes complete with full laundry facilities for extended stays.
