Check-in is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out are by arrangement only. No visitors are allowed in the rooms after 10 p.m.

Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable. Guests are not allowed to smoke in any of the accommodations, but there is a space outside.

Te Anau is close to the beautiful Lake Te Anau, which is the largest lake in the South Island. Known as the 'gateway to the fiords' Te Anau is the closest town to Milford Sound via an exceptionally scenic two hour and thirty minutes drive.
