Surrounded by magnificent mountain views, this wonderful yurt rental is located in Wanaka on the the South Island, a great destination for glamping in New Zealand. Up to two lucky guests can be accommodated, with a wooden queen-size bed appointed with a pillow-top mattress, premium linens, and NZ wool bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. The central communal lodge houses the bathroom facilities, with hot showers, hairdryers, and toilets.
After a busy day exploring the stunning surroundings, guests will love returning to the warm and inviting yurt interior, with its polished wooden floors and latticework walls combining to create a cosy and rustic vibe for guests to chill out in. There are a couple of chairs to kick back in, while the fireplace keeps you warm in winter or the fan works its magic in summer.
Outside, there's a charming wooden porch looking out into the communal lawn. Games are provided for guests to enjoy outside, and there are a couple of hammocks for a lazy afternoon siesta. The lodge houses the shared kitchen, with everything needed to prepare meals, as well as laundry facilities. For the ultimate in luxury, there's a wood-fired hot tub to sink into for a long relaxing soak.

In order to enjoy the holiday period the hosts do aim to retain a four-night minimum stay from December 24th to January 7th each year and are unable to accommodate check-in or check- out on December 25th, 26th, 31st or January 1st & 2nd.
Infants under 2 years are free of charge if sleeping in their parent's bed or their own travel cot. A porta cot and linens can be hired for $NZ35 per stay if required.
All children over two are counted as a 'guest' and included in occupancy rates.
