This chic 1970's French-style caravan rental is located near the Serra da Estrela Mountains in Portugal and it can sleep up to a maximum of four guests. It comes complete with one bedroom with double bed, a pull out sofa, an open-air, private shower, a basic kitchen, and a terrace. There is also a separate bathroom inside the caravan with a compost toilet, a feature which is very environmentally friendly.
Guests should note that the water is solar-heated, and that they can also use the vegetable garden at their leisure. Filled with herbs, vegetables, and a selection of fruit- and nut-bearing trees, guests can pick and pike at the delicious produce as they wish- great inspiration when rusting up a family dinner.
The surrounding area is bursting with outdoor activities and cultural visits; kayaking, mountain biking, birding, caving, hiking, and wine tasting to name a select few.
