Staying in a yurt in Portugal is unlike any other camping experience out there. You’ll be able to lay back in bed and gaze up at the night sky through the circular roof as you slowly fall asleep to the sounds of the uninterrupted nature around you.
There are two different yurts offered at this glamping site. They are both quite spacious, and they offer a very comfortable option for enjoying the great outdoors. Decorated uniquely, they also both have a covered wooden deck that faces south, overlooking the beautiful woodland below. Inside both yurts, glampers will find a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed, clean bedding and linens, a table and chairs, storage space for clothes, a refrigerator, a woodstove or radiator, electricity and lighting, and Wi-Fi. Glampers can request an extra mattress or cot if necessary. Outside on the yurt decks there is a table and chairs, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, a twin-ring gas stove, and a hammock. Each yurt also has its own compost toilet nearby.
Eastern Yurt: This Mongolian-style yurt measures 5.8 meters in diameter, making it spacious enough to sleep up six people comfortably. Traditional designs have been hand-painted onto the yurt, and inside glampers will find its rustic style completely charming.
Woodland Yurt: A bit smaller than the Eastern Yurt, this one measures 4.8 meters in diameter, making it the perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a small family trip.
