Location + Surroundings
Within walking distance of the site, you will find many old roman roads that are still intact, as well as many hiking and biking routes which take you along these roads into the nearby towns. The closest town is Faia, a village full of old time Portuguese character, and in only a 15 minute drive you will find yourself in the city of Guarda, the highest city in Portugal.
The glamping site borders the Mondego river, and because it is positioned at the beginning of the river, the water is fresh and clean, running straight from the mountains.
