Bungalow T1+1 is the bigger, modern architecture bungalow with a bedroom and a suspended balcony facing Bayou of River Lima. Its living space is equipped with a sofa-bed and a kitchenette. It also has a bathroom equipped with a shower. This treehouse is perfect if guests are hoping to stay with a couple of friends or with kids.

At the glamping site, guests will find a reception and a tourist information point. Essentials are available at the mini-market, and there is a bar and a restaurant serving food, drinks, and snacks. There are covered barbecue grill areas with picnic tables and chairs, where guests can cook up delicious feasts, and there are live music festivals to enjoy every Saturday during the summer.
