Secluded Camping near Shenendoah National Park
This place is amazing very clean and secluded! I love how the grocery store was literally 5 minutes away for our quick needs. Most activities were close by within driving distance too.
We had a fantastic time in our tiny house. It was peaceful and secluded, yet it was close to many activities and attractions. We loved being able to sit outside at night and enjoy the stars and eat our breakfast outside as well. We were cozy, as with 4 of us we had to leave our suitcases in the car, but that was OK. The only suggestions I would offer would be to have a few extra towels and washclothes. There were 4 of us and we only had 3 towels, luckily we had a few extras in our car. I would also recommend a fitted sheet for the futon when it is used for sleeping. We loved our tiny house experience and would gladly do it again and would recommend to others!
Our experience was wonderful. We were looking to get away and really unplug and that was exactly what we got. Not internet, no crowds, not rushing. It was great! We were there midweek and had the camp virtually to ourselves. The staff was so accommodating. They helped us with whatever we needed and then some. We can't wait to find time to go back again.
