Secluded Mountain Getaways in Cherokee National Forest
Encompassing over 650,000-acres of land, the Cherokee National Forest is located between Tennessee and North Carolina. The official headquarters remains in Cleveland, Tennessee allowing visitors from other states to enter through this border but also through a North Carolina entrance. Separated into two parts, the Smokies and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this forest is home to many woodland animals and wildlife. Glampers can have the opportunity to spot animals such as otters, coyote, beavers, bears, fox, and deer while visiting tis forest. A secluded mountain rental near the Cherokee National Forest allows glampers easy access to the best views of the Citico Creek or the Smoky Mountains.
