At the base of the Rocky Mountains, the city of Boulder is home to the most populated city in Boulder County. Due to Boulder’s high elevation, the climate of the city is classified as semi-arid. As opposed to other parts of Colorado, Boulder suffers from warm and day weather throughout the summer. To cope with the dryness of the summer, glampers could head to the Boulder Reservoir for a dip in the cool water. During the summer time, locals and tourists find that rock climbing along the Eldorado Springs is calming with a spectacular view of the Flatiron Mountain Range. The Boulder Creek spreads for over 31-miles along the Rocky Mountains, allowing glampers to go kayaking, fishing, or tubing. The Boulder Creek Festival occurs every summer along the creek and glampers can enjoy good music, fun, and great company while attending.
