Nestled in between the valleys of the Gros Ventre Range and the Teton Mountain Range, Wyoming lies the valley of Jackson Hole. This valley received its unique name because it was known for being the “hole” that swallows up mountain men whenever they entered the region. Of course, this is only a legend and glampers should have no worries when entering the valley of Jackson Hole. Glampers that are on a summer getaway in a cabin near Jackson Hole should not miss the opportunity to visit the “Sleeping Indian”. This area is a set of rocks that were formed by nature that resembles that of a sleeping person, commonly known as Indians during the time period it was formed. While visiting near Jackson Hole, glampers should take a summer dip in the nearby Jackson Lake or a hiking trip along the Grand Teton National Park.
