Yurt and Tent Rentals near Cuyahoga Valley National Park

My sister and I stayed at this site for 4 nights in August and it was incredible. The location is gorgeous, surrounded by farmland and wineries and only a 5 minute drive to the beaches on Lake Erie. The tents are not secluded and many people only come for a night or so to take part in the many outdoor adventures, so there is a lot of activity in the main areas during the day, but the way the tents are laid out makes them feel very private and it is quiet and serene for those who just want to relax. There are small towns 10-15 mins away by car that have great restaurants. And Long Point has some beautiful beaches and dunes. The tents themselves are super clean, beds are very comfy and there are electric blankets and fans for those cold/hot nights, plus a mini-fridge if you want to bring your own food/drinks. The bathroom was spotless and high quality, and the outdoor shower was heaven. We only took part in one of the activities offered - zip lining - but it was really fun and worth the price. The staff is young but very friendly and accommodating - and there 24 hours a day. All-in-all an amazing trip!

Alex is a wonderful host. The uniqueness of the place are the tents. I loved the interiors, it's bohemian yet simple and cozy. There is a stud farm next to the site and the horses just walked up to us and the sunsets are brilliant. The people who live in this park are warm and friendly. It is definitely worth a visit and the grass is always green ;)
