Doressa Kupke: "Such a sacred space. We loved our time at the yurts. Great space, great host, amazing hikes. Highly, highly recommend!"
Heather Jessee: "So pleased with this location! We stayed during a heat advisory, so we were concerned about getting too hot. The air-conditioned yurts kept us cool at night so we could sleep comfortably. Our hosts were so gracious. They welcomed us when we arrived and help describe the amenities of the site. Each morning we had breakfast delivered to our site... and it was delicious! Homemade food and Teresa's salsa is the best! The shower was great too. We drove to the outdoor facility because of the heat. The only thing I would warn about is that its a camp shower, so they are hard to keep clean... but that is to be expected. The soaking tub was a welcome reprieve from the heat as well. Thanks Dick and Teresa for a wonderful trip. We will be returning soon."
Susan Keller: "We wanted to do something for my father's 90th birthday that he had never done before. Staying in a yurt filled the bill! We enjoyed the stay, despite -- or maybe even because of -- the experience of dodging raindrops to go to the Port-a-potty. Yurt is snug and warm, and it was delightful to hear the rain pattering down on the roof as we enjoyed the rosy light inside. The breakfast that Dick provides lived. up to the raves of all the reviews I had read. One caveat: None of the material I ran across on the Web mentioned that the yurts are in central time zone. Travelers who are not familiar with Indiana may not realize that southern counties are in different time zone from the rest of the state. This led to some confusion between our party and our host about when we were arriving. However, all's well that ends well and we made good memories on our stay."
