Leslee Pearlman: "We had a great experience. Loved the seclusion and the comfort of our tent. The host was gracious and friendly and served wonderful breakfasts in the tree house. Loved our surroundings, and even though the town was tiny, it had two fabulous restaurants we ate at for dinner. We were able to visit interesting sites nearby like Bethel, where Woodstock took place and Cooperstown, the Baseball Hall of Fame. "
Paolo Piselli: "Want to sleep close to nature but have the comforts of home? Then this yurt is for you! It is like camping out in the forest, but in a nice furnished room instead of a cramped tent. With this yurt in particular, you will have electricity and a gas range in the unit itself. Like a campground, your water supply and bathroom are a short distance away but this site has way more quiet and privacy! There are also many attractions and amenities a short drive away such as DAR State Forest for day hiking and Northampton for shopping and dining."
Lyndsey Reid: "Best weekend ever! Our stay at the yurt was absolutely wonderful and Hilary is a fantastic host. The yurt was big, really comfortable, and spotless. It was packed with everything we needed for the weekend, from brochures and maps of the area to plates, cutlery and plenty of grilling equipment. The bathrooms, shower rooms and the washing-up room were clean and modern, and the grounds are beautifully maintained with a big fire pit in the middle. The welcome package was such a nice touch and it was really lovely staying somewhere that provides coffee AND milk! The ice cream sandwiches that were waiting for us in the freezer were a tasty treat to come home to after a day out in the sun. We were so sad to leave and we're already trying to figure out when we can come back again!"
