Yurt and Tent Rentals near Peak District National Park
We had a wonderful stay in the Bell Tent- they're wonderfully presented, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was lovely to sit by the fire pit in the evening too! The glamping bathroom was a treat, but it was a short walk from the bell tents, and a bit tricky to reach in the dark night as you have to navigate a field full of tents to get there. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend!
We had a great time. The only complaints I have would be that they need to find a (safe) way to allow people to pull their vehicle up to the upper TiPi. It was a pain in the butt to haul all that stuff up the hill in the extreme heat. Also, they should wash (or at least remove the large stains) from the pillows that are in there. It's a nice gesture but they looked really dirty so we didn't use them. The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY and I would definitely recommend the TiPis, the RV park AND the area in general.
We live in Calgary, Alberta and wanted a unique long weekend travel experience and have always wanted to stay in a teepee. We loved staying here - we found the location easily and were very welcomed upon arrival, with our hosts making sure we had everything we needed and were shown where everything on the grounds was located. They kindly lent us some supplies we didn't have with us. We really enjoyed the canoe ride on the private lake. There are a few other lodgings nearby but we could not hear anyone else as it is spread out. Our hosts had some thoughtful touches that didn't go unnoticed, such as leaving some books in our teepee that provided history on teepees, and bringing us homemade dessert. It was the perfect balance of interacting with our hosts and enjoying our escape alone. Would love to come back here someday again! Highly recommend.
