Schaffen Boss: "I wish I could give this place 5 stars, it really was nearly perfect!! My pup and I loved our tent, our fire pit, our access to a propane grill, the hikes, the views, the showers ahhhhh...trip of a lifetime. I'm an educator and had worked all year and all summer and only had a week of vacation, so my pup and I packed up the car and headed up to this beautiful part of California to see where the redwoods meet the ocean to do some "glamping". Boy this place did NOT disappoint. They have a very easy self check-in process. Keep in mind we arrived very late, it was almost dark but a phone light was all we needed to find our check-in info, specific campsite and tent, and get settled. The canvas tents are amazing and come with a queen sized bed (for single or double occupancy) a nightstand and one battery lantern, a chair or two, a heavy clothes chest, a coat rack, and a couple of blankets and a small package of kindle. Beautiful touch! Every morning they have a communal fire pit and light refreshments for breakfast if you choose to partake and socialize. My pup and I always slept through it, but I love that they offered it. We actually made good friends with a family a couple tents over and had a great time socializing. It's very easy to enjoy your privacy also if you so desire. I would only take the half star off because from the pictures it makes it seem like you can walk to the town/beaches and restaurants ...but you CANNOT! You definitely must drive to attractions. They did have a few hiking trails that started at the campsite though. Please go! You won't regret it"
Christina Simpson: "This place is wonderful! Loved the tents, the bed was amazing we lounged in bed all morning while noshing on baguettes, cheese and fruit sipping on our hot coffee. All of which we found outside our tent in the morning nestled in a lovely picnic basket. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean white tiled rooms with marble counter tops. I will definitely be staying here again, it's one of those places you want to keep to yourself in order to guarantee availability, but this place is just too good not to share."
Rikki Wickman: "We stayed for an overnight and had a wonderful time! Nicole was amazing and incredibly helpful. I read the bathrooms were kinda far so I was expecting a long walk to them from the tents. They weren't far at all. Less than 30 seconds to walk to them. We did opt for the meal. They encourage going into town, but I was hesitant because I didnt want to leave property since were there for less than 24 hours. But there are two delicious restaurants 1.5 miles away. Both tasty and well priced. Now that I know they are so close, I'll skip the dinner as it is buffet style and meant for the larger groups. But they kindly let us opt in even though there were only two of us and they even set us up our own table. I highly recommend staying here. I felt rejuvenated just after one night. I will definitely go again!"
