Dani Lapointe: "The most glamorous hostel I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed in one of the tents and was worried about bugs but had no issues. The bed was comfortable and the fan was a nice touch. Electrical plugs available as well. Nice pool. Good food. Close to everything in town and walking distance from La Fortuna waterfall and some natural whirlpools. Tours will pick you up at the door and all the staff were very friendly and helpful."
Janneke Goumans: "Nosara’s Glamping Hub has been a great experience. The tents are very comfortable, though during daytime they can become extremely warm on the inside. Luckily, the beautiful pool is always refreshing. When we arrived in February 2018, the facilities for food and drinks were very poor. Since there is no kitchen for guests, no restaurant, nor a decent bar, do not forget to bring sufficient amount of water and food supplies (such as bananas, crackers and instant noodles), since no supermarket or restaurant are close by."
Daryl Hulse: "Myself and my boyfriend stayed in the large Yurt for a few days over New Year and we absolutely had the best time! Our hosts, Jim and Monika, were fabulous from the moment we made our booking request until we left - extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful people. They quickly responded to any questions we had before our arrival and were proactive in searching for vineyards, restaurants and activities for us to visit. Once we did arrive Jim met us in the town to guide us through the very narrow roads (!) and we were then invited into their beautiful home for tea and a chat before settling into our yurt for the coming days. We were blown away by our surroundings and the yurt itself was perfect - if you are looking for charm and serenity, away from city life, then this is the place for you. As we visited during a quiet period, day-to-day we took our hire car and whizzed around visiting the natural sites such as; the Salagou Lake and various natural heritage sites as well as other nearby towns. We're also quite sure that the environment (perhaps something in the air) has positively impacted our lives as lots of good things have happened since we left! We would love to come back during Summer months to do some watersports and to see the caves - not to mention the wine! A huge thanks to Jim and Monika, we look forward to seeing you both soon.
