Yurt and Tent Rentals near Spokane
After a very stressful week, my wife and I were really looking forward to our weekend. Check in was a breeze. Talked with the owner for a few minutes and got to look at all the alpacas. After check in, we went down to the tent and was met with total comfort. The views of the river beyond the meadow was awesome! The bed was super comfortable. A little chill in the night and we turned the fireplace on low and pull up the down comforter and sleep more peaceful than we have all year long at home. The weekend was awesome. We will be returning. Reminder: Bring mosquito repellent, ideas for food (we brought an electric skillet), and your own soap.
We spent three nights in June and had an AMAZING time. If you want a rustic romantic getaway, this is the place. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay cozy and comfortable. I will mention there is a general store about 10 minutes away if you forget something you absolutely need. We loved the seclusion and privacy of the site, as well as the accessibility to outdoor adventures. Sandpoint was about a 30 minute drive. We had plans to go kayaking, hiking, and biking but ended up doing none of those things because we were enjoying the quietness at the yurt so much. Janis (owner) was absolutely wonderful and very quick to respond to our questions. Our experience was everything we were hoping for and more.
This property exceeded ALL expectations! . The glamping site: wonderful! Everything was so comfortable and well thought out. The bed was really comfortable, the tent was clean, your own private toilet flushes (!), and the shower is hot. The location: right where the Spokane river meets the Columbia river and so incredibly beautiful. I only regret that we didn't have more time to exlore!
