Keith Gillespie: "Unfortunately we had unexpected high winds and 1-2 inches of spring snow and did not get to stay in the tipi due to the wind. However the owners were more that accommodating in allowing us to transfer to the on site cabin and had the entire campground to ourself. Very peaceful and enjoyed a campfire with s'mores the day before the wind and snow. Went for an adventure in a tipi but had a good weather adventure instead. We would definitely stay again in the tipi, cabin or campsite possibly during the annual music festival."
Traci Miller: "We had an amazingly fun relaxing time enjoying the campground, creek and surrounding areas. Our hosts were friendly, informative and made delicious meals! Our Yurt was so comfy and I loved relaxing in the hammock provided, listening to the creek. My girls and I enjoyed playing in the rain and walking down the creek finding fossils and crawfish. I was leery of the outhouse, but once I checked it out I was amazed at how clean and fresh smelling and bright it was. Better than most public restrooms! I would camp here often if I wasn't 7 hours always. Will return again!"
Christopher Gregory: "We loved staying in this beautiful tent, especially during the rain. Brookes is a warm and thoughtful host; she has thought of everything and made this tent a wonderful place to stay. The outdoor shower was a fun experience and the fire pit was a really nice option. You’ll make friends with her sweet dogs and are very likely to see the deer and other wildlife. Brookes brought a wonderful breakfast each morning that we had with the freshly ground coffee we brewed that she left for us inside the tent. Be sure to heed her dining recommendations!! It won’t be long until we return to stay again."
