Due to the mountainous landscape of this part of Slovenia, there are many popular outdoor activities that are available year-round. The main new thing is the natural swimming pool with crystal clear water, no added chemicals, warmed if needed, on our glamping site, for all our guests free. The pool will have one part for small children to play in the water. Guests do not have to venture off of the property to be able to pick fruits, feed farm animals, and taste craft beer. The property is also surrounded by hiking and mountain biking trails, so guests can explore the surrounding areas with ease.

The Vintgar Gorge and Triglav National Park are other great destination for a day trip. At these locations, guests can engage in more hiking, trekking, horseback riding, mountain climbing, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, and bird watching. In the winter, the mountain peaks are covered in snow and the ski resorts open. Tourists and locals alike enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, as well as snowboarding and riding snowmobiles.

Sightseeing is very popular amongst visitors throughout the country, because of picturesque destinations such as Lake Bled, the town of Tržič, and the city of Ljubljana. Guests can access Tržič and Lake Bled easily by a short car drive and are great for photography and taking a stroll. Boat and castle tours are an excellent way to explore the lake and the island. Tržič, Ljubljana, and other cities and towns give guests the opportunity to taste Slovenian food, experience Slovenian culture, and learn about the local history.
