This holiday cottage is located in the lush green countryside of Asturias in northern Spain, and is in fact converted from a traditional barn for storing grain, making it a unique getaway option. Upstairs, guests will find a double bed, where two guests can sleep. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Towels and linens are kindly provided.
Downstairs, guests will enjoy a lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas, where guests can kick back in front of the TV after a busy day exploring the beach of Ribadesella, only 10 minute's drive away. The kitchen contains a microwave, a fridge, a stove, as well as basic kitchen equipment and utensils. The kitchen opens out onto the garden, making it bright and breezy place to cook.
Outside, guests will find a huge lawn, perfect for working on their tans under the Spanish sun, or enjoying some lawn games with your partner. The location is well away from any town centers, meaning there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and exploring the area.
Inside the rental guests will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge with a fireplace. There is a double bedroom with a crib available, and a bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Outside guests will find a patio with furniture and sunbeds, as well as ample parking.

As the rental is located strategically in the center of east Asturias, guests will find themselves at only 50 minutes from the capital, Oviedo, 40 minutes from Gijón, 25 minutes from the Jurassic Museum of Asturias, the Cider Museum, and the Sanctuary of Covadonga, and only five minutes from the Tito Bustillo Caves, the Rock Art Center, and the beach in Santa Marina Ribadesella.
Some of the many activities that can be done in the area include rafting and canoeing in the local rivers and surfing at the local beaches. Those who prefer to stay on land can go hiking, rent a quad bike, or even go horseback-riding. For more relaxing activities there is a gold course, and many dining and cultural opportunities in nearby Oviedo and Gijón.
