This stunning Spanish villa with a pool sleeps a grand total of 10 lucky guests, making it ideal for a group of friends or a family holiday in Mallorca. There are six bedrooms in total, with four of them containing two twins each, the fifth containing a double bed, and the last containing a double, a twin, and a set of bunk beds. All are appointed with soft bedding and linens to ensure a good night's sleep. There are six bathrooms in total, with varying combinations of showers, sinks, and toilets. Bath towels are kindly provided by the host.

On the ground floor, there is an open-concept living/dining area with three sofas, three armchairs, central heating, and satellite TV. The dining area boasts a large dining table for up to 12 people. The kitchen contains another dining table with eight spaces, and is fully equipped with everything to prepare a wonderful meal together. The property also has a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

The outside area is remarkable and well taken care of. On a hot summer's day, there's nothing better than splashing around in the chlorine pool. On the side, you will find 10 sun loungers on which to slumber in the Mediterranean sunshine. The terrace with a BBQ and the well-furnished porch with a sofa and a dining table offer you the ideal place for memorable family dinners. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.
