This lovely camping rental can sleep up to six guests and is set in an idyllic countryside within the Castile and León region of Spain. This cottage offers two floors, has been completely restored, and comes with all the necessary amenities. The bottom floor comes set with a complete bathroom and two bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, both of which are nicely heated with a wooden stove. The luminous upper floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a living space with a sofa bed, as well as a king-size bed. There is a fireplace, as well as firewood provided. Outside this cottage, guests will have an expansive meadow made up of 6000 square meters and is the perfect place for camping. This property is located in the town of Arredondo, north of the city of Burgos and set on the northern tip of the Castile and León region of Spain. This area is rich with nature parks and is set in between the magnificent Montaña Oriental and the impressive Ojo Guareña—a 100-kilometer long cave that is a must see within this region. Guests who stay here can visit historical sites, spend their days hiking the Saja-Besaya Natural Park or take trips to the many beaches along the coast of the Cantabria region. In the coooler months, guests can enjoy plenty of hiking and biking trails and even go caving in nearby areas. Guests who enjoy skiing can head to the Lunada, located only ten minutes from this property. Stay here and take on the Castro Valnera climb, explore the caves of the Ojo Guareña and visit the astounding Collados del Asón Natural Park. For those who love the beach, the Cantabria coastline offers plenty and is only an hour north of this property. For shopping, restaurants and getting to know the northern Spain culture, glampers should visit the cities of Bilbao and Santander, set a little over an hour away from this site.

Guests are advised to keep their keys with them when leaving this cottage, as the doors lock from the inside. Please do not to throw paper in the toilet, as the washroom does not have a septic tank.
The host asks that guests remove any street shoes before walking on the wooden floors and to be careful when using the fireplace. There is an extinguisher to the right of the fireplace if needed.
Since this property is in the midst of nature, it is possible for a dormouse or a gray field mouse to slip into the house; however, they are completely harmless. Read More
